    BeHomefree is a brand. The holding companies are affiliated with this brand and actually conduct transactions and take responsibility for the house (for tax purposes). As a standard industry practice for operating in multiple states, each location operates under a holding company.

  • Who usually sells their house to BeHomefree? Can I expect market value for my house?

    All kinds of people in all kinds of situations. And yes, you can expect market value based on of the condition of your home.

  • How will BeHomefree determine a cash price for my home?

    We compare the market value and take into consideration any repairs needed to get the home to that market value.

  • What kind of houses do you buy?

  • How fast can you close on my house? And when do I receive the cash?

  • What fees do you charge?

  • Can I still sell my house to BeHomefree if I am working with a realtor?

  • Do you pay for referrals?

  • How long do I have to decide once you make an offer on my house?

    There is no time frame, assuming the conditon of your property remains the same. We can move as quickly as you need or give you as much time as you need.

  • I have a mortgage. Will you pay it off?

    Yes. We close all of our properties at the local title company so everything is paid off and transferred over properly.

  • My house needs extensive repairs. Does that mean you won’t buy it?

  • Can you help me if I have a lien on my property?

    Yes. We will work first to resolve the issue and then will be able to purchase your property from you.

  • I’m a landlord with an occupied property. Do I need to evict my tenants before you buy my house?

    Most often, you will not need to evict your tenants and we will purchase the property occupied. However, this is on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our office to determine the best solution for your property.

  • I’m a landlord in the process of evicting a tenant or I have tenant troubles. Will you still buy my house?

  • What if I owe more than my house is worth?

    We can help get you with a local specialist to get that resolved (i.e. short sale specialist, listing, other strategies).

  • If I decide to accept your offer, how long before I get the money for the house?
